Job Description
- Plan and oversee installations of Security Systems, including Access Control, IP CCTV, Biometric, and Physical Security Barriers.
- Direct and supervise Installation & Maintenance Teams, designing strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Ensure high customer service and satisfaction levels.
- Diagnose systems failures and breakdowns, planning professional solutions.
- Strategize, set timelines, and monitor work activities for on-time results, coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Control maintenance equipment, tools, and costs.
- Verify proposed solutions and scope with relevant departments.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, regularly communicating progress with team members.
- Coordinate with departments to prevent delays, verify specifications, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
- Possess extensive knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems.
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills, particularly in Office Package and AutoCAD.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the security systems Installation & Maintenance is needed.
- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in the security systems domain.
