Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in automobile chassis and roll cage design, sheet metal fabrication, and prototype development. The ideal candidate should be able to take a project from concept design to a fully functional prototype and prepare for mass production.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop vehicle roll cages, chassis structures, and sheet metal components using SolidWorks.
• Perform FEA simulations to validate structural integrity, weight optimization, and safety compliance.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings, weldments, and fabrication documentation.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles are applied.
• Oversee prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with electrical, bodywork, and suspension teams to integrate mechanical systems.
• Plan and manage the transition from prototype stage to mass production efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, tolerances, and safety regulations.
