Job Description
We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales growth and expand our global customer base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in export sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude toward market development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
- Manage the full export sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and negotiations with clients and agents.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in targeted regions.
- Prepare and achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the company and build partnerships.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales of Fruits and vegetables.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and shipping procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
