Job Description
- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Review of specifications and prepare list of suppliers and subcontractors packages for different Project Disciplines.
- Review the price , negotiated with subcontractors
- Review the quality and price
- Prepare comparison sheets for main suppliers and subcontractors prices for different project items and recommend the most competitive ones.
- Coordinate and follow up on materials’ delivery to meet the project’s set plan and the client’s needs.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc. of Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- From 5 to 7 years of experience
- Must be a team player and a hard-worker.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational
- Experience in the construction field.
