Project Manager (Architectural Engineer) with 10–12 years of experience in managing malls or large commercial projects.
About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between all disciplines.
As Darna manages projects end-to-end — acting as the owner, consultant, and contractor — the role requires a strong technical background and exceptional organizational skills to handle all project phases effectively.
Job Description
Lead and oversee architectural project planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for architectural projects.
Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and construction personnel.
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices.
