Job Description

Hands of hope is a physical practice with currently 7 locations in NY, and growing rapidly, in addition to our Medical Staffing arm and upcoming business ventures. We are looking to grow our Cairo team. We are looking to hire a Virtual Client Care Specialist, to meet and greet our patients – virtually - for our 7 clinics in New York and provide them with outstanding customer service.

This is a very unique opportunity, as we are adapting the latest Virtual Reality technology. We are looking for an interactive, highly-engaging Customer Support Representative to meet with our clinics patients in NYC and check them into their appointments smoothly through virtual reality – live video and voice -, enhancing their experience during their visit. 

Fluency in English is a must for this job, as this is a face-fronting position to our patients in New York, USA.

About the job:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors in our NY clinics through our virtual reality system, and checking them in to their appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
  • Recording and authorizing insurance.
  • Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time.
  • Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Obtains and accurately captures demographic information and patient’s health insurance information provided by the patient or caller.
  • Completes multiple types of patient registrations in a professional, accurate, customer-oriented and timely manner while following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Requests and processes payments for co-pays, pre-pays and outstanding balances.
  • Providing world-class customer service to patients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Business administration graduate or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Presentable and professional.
  • 1 to 7 years of in a customer service role.
  • Good knowledge in working SRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Age is not more than 35 years old.
  • Ability to meet and maintain KPIs.
  • Ability to work US hours from 3:00pm to 11:00pm - Monday to Friday.
