Job Description
- Providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding them to the concerned manager
- Ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Follow up on clients’ inquiries through the phone
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree is a must
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Basic English level
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
