Job Description

  • Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the market.
  • Provide timely feedback to middle management regarding his/ her performance.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Maintain the required number of sales activities that lead to sales; (i-e) called calls, meetings, etc…
  • Meet or exceed all activity standards for calls, meetings, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • He/ She may be responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Agents.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • Real Estate Experience
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Based in Cairo
  • Have a naturally positive attitude.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent English Language skills
  • Are ready to be part of a team and contribute to our companies' success.
  • Are a strong leader and good relationship builder.
