Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hire new staff of the VA department
- Follow up on training of new hires with the training Supervisor
- Work closely with new clients to make sure proper service is provided
- Understand fully clients’ business model
- Align with the CMO new clients needs to allocate VAs accordingly
- Supervise direct-reporting staff according to overall company policy
- Apply strategic planning to determine department objectives
- Develop staff to maximize potential
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operational efficiency
- Formulate department policies and practices
- Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
- Review regularly performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress, and activity levels
- Request frequent feedback from clients
- Coach the team accordingly
- Maintain internal HRIS
- Track team's KPIs
- Provide a service that helps the partner scale and increase revenue
- Develop a strategy that increases revenue for the partner
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- 5+ years of experience, at least two of which are in a leadership position
- Graduate (or not currently studying)
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets
- Technology literate
- Preferably admin-related background
- Having worked in a virtual setting is a plus (or WFH for a long time)
- Having marketing knowledge/experience is a MUST
