Job Description

  • Performing requirements analysis. 
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. 
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. 
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. 
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. 
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. 
  • Participate in user acceptance testing. 
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. 
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. 
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. 
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project's milestones.
     

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience implementing software or web development projects including at least 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst
  • Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, any Scrum Framework and any wireframes-designing tools. 
  • Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle. 
  • Very good in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts. 
  • Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures. 
  • Experience with iterative development and agile/scrum product owner role like story writing, backlog management. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills including presenting, collaborating, and team building. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and stress management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT
