Job Description
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience implementing software or web development projects including at least 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, any Scrum Framework and any wireframes-designing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Very good in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts.
- Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
- Experience with iterative development and agile/scrum product owner role like story writing, backlog management.
- Strong interpersonal skills including presenting, collaborating, and team building.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and stress management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT
