- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.
- Candidate Screening & Selection:
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and pre-employment screenings.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field (professional diploma or Master's degree in Talent Management preferred).
• Practical Experience:
• At least two years of experience in recruiting medical talent within Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
• Practical experience in recruiting physicians and healthcare technicians of various nationalities (Arab and Asian).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms.
