- Clearfield Property Group is a U.S.-based real estate investment firm working with distressed and estate-related properties across the United States.
- We are hiring one English-fluent professional to independently drive deals from first contact to signed agreement.
- This is not a virtual assistant role and not a script-only cold calling job.
- Key Responsibilities
- Review property files independently
- Contact U.S. property owners and heirs via phone and text
- Follow up calmly and persistently over time
- Qualify opportunities and discuss basic deal terms
- Move files to signed agreements or clear rejection
- Maintain simple, clear deal notes
- Work U.S. business hours (approximately 10am–6pm CST)
- You are responsible for outcomes, not call volume.
- Compensation
- Performance-based (paid per closed deal or % of profit)
- No earnings cap
- 14–30 day trial using real files and real opportunities

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, acquisitions, or deal negotiation (real estate preferred but not required).
- Comfortable handling live conversations, follow-ups, and objections without scripts.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of deals from first contact to outcome.
- Calm, persistent communication style; professional and respectful at all times.
- Willing to work U.S. business hours (approximately 10am–6pm CST).
- Strong sense of personal accountability and follow-through.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English (live interview required)
- Prior experience in sales, acquisitions, or deal negotiation
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Calm, professional communication style (not aggressive)
- Willing to learn a specialized U.S. real estate niche
- Able to work U.S. hours consistently
- Entrepreneurial or small-business background is a strong plus.
