Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day activities including receiving, put-away, inventory storage, order picking/packing, and shipping.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean warehouse strategies to increase throughput and efficiency.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shrinkage/discrepancies.
Team Leadership & Safety: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel while enforcing strict health, safety, and compliance standards.
Logistics & Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely, accurate order processing and coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery schedules.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, space utilization, and fulfillment turnaround times.

Education (Mandatory): Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Experience (Mandatory): 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, logistics, or medicine distribution platforms.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Good Storage & Distribution Practices and MOH/Drug Authority standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel functions.
Leadership & Accuracy: Excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
