Job Description
- Actively participate in the development of best practice, policy and procedures
- Develop and implement the foundation for Project Management office
- managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO
- providing guidance on PMO policies and processes
- overseeing project management staff
- collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs
- Define organizational model
- Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment to strategy
Job Requirements
- Degree: Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years in project management field, which includes at least 5 years as Senior Project Manager manufacturing sector.
