Job Description

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Design and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Supervise the company’s digital presence, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance for senior management.

Job Requirements

We are a leading company specializing in kitchens and washbasins, seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and develop our full marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and generate regular reports for management.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team (content, design, digital ads, and social media).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen brand identity and increase brand awareness in target markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to boost lead generation and revenue.
  • Oversee the development of all marketing content (written, visual, and video).
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for:
  • Content Creation: Build clear, targeted, and professional content aligned with brand voice.
    Website Enhancement: Improve website design, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance.
  • Product Catalogs: Design and maintain an up-to-date catalog (printed and digital PDF) that showcases all products and completed projects professionally.
  • Ensure high-quality digital presence and optimize performance of paid ad campaigns.
  • Deliver insightful analytics and reports on market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in furniture, interior design, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and execute performance-driven strategies.
  • Strong content planning and branding skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
