Job Description
- Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests at the airport, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Coordinate with drivers, guides, and other team members to facilitate seamless airport transfers.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about local attractions, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with immigration, customs, and baggage procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and guest preferences.
- Communicate effectively with tour operators, hotels, and other partners to ensure timely service delivery.
- Resolve unexpected issues or emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Represent Cleopatra Travel with professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Collect feedback from guests to help improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations and Cleopatra Travel’s operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by flight schedules.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other major languages are a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Familiarity with airport procedures and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to work on-site at the airport.
