Job Description
- handle all processes of Air import and export shipments with their documentation operation.
- coordinate with sales team to get required rates to submit offers.
- fully aware of airlines systems for booking and getting net rates of export shipments.
- negotiate with overseas agents to get Best rates and submit quotations.
- coordinate with our airport office for docs delivery of import shipments and coordinat with them for export shipments.
- follow up with customers to gain shipments to achieve the budget.
- coordinate with accounting dept to issue invoices and coordinate with the collection dept to follow payments collection for credit customers.
- coordinate with customs clearance dept for shipments cleared by us.
- fulfill the airfreight dept goals and policy to achieve the annual budget
Job Requirements
- bachelor degree
- Cairo residents only
- high negotiations skills
- excellent command of English and computer skills
- Min 2 years in Freight forwarder field - airfreight operation
- ability to learn and adapt
- problem solving skills
- high customer service skills
