About the Job
  • Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Reach out to new customers and making presentations of the benefits of our products.
  • Make sure that the company remains profitable by continually searching out and performing sales calls to new customers.
  • Conduct market research and sharing findings with the team.
  • Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insights to the needs of our clients.
  • Make weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and activity quotas.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Initiate outbound calls and explaining company services to the callers.
  • Support sales campaign by contacting target customers.
  • Follow up with the clients and maintain relationships.
  • Manage a network of vendors and suppliers.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in medical background
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
  • Ability to remain professional.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
