Job Description
- Evaluation of the efficiency of the technicians working in the department, guidance and assignment within the framework of the company's work instructions.
- Supervising the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Supervising the implementation of the company's quality policies.
- Approving and following up on reports of non-conformance cases.
- Measuring the efficiency index of the performance of production processes in terms of the percentage of internal and external defects and taking all necessary corrective measures to reduce them.
- Reviewing work orders and preparing examination plans before issuing to the observers.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree of Engineering (preferred Mechanical).
- +3 years of a previous experience at the manufacturing field.
- Able to reading workshop drawing.
- Able to using measuring tools
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership and able to lead team by example.
