What You’ll Be Doing
Fleet Dispatch & Monitoring: Allocating, dispatching, and tracking real-time same-day courier jobs across motorcycles, e-bikes, cars, and vans throughout London.
Live Route Management: Monitoring active deliveries, optimizing routes, and resolving live delays or pickup issues to ensure strict SLAs and fast collection times.
Rider Support: Serving as the direct operational link for fleet drivers and riders, addressing on-the-road queries, and maintaining driver efficiency.
Client & Inquiry Management: Responding rapidly to customer support channels (phone, live chat, email) regarding order statuses, urgent bookings, and booking updates.
Issue Escalation & Exception Handling: Proactively managing failed deliveries, address changes, or vehicle breakdowns with minimal disruption to delivery schedules.
Job Requirements
Proven Stability (Must-Have): Minimum of 3 years of continuous, stable work experience at a single company.
Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written English skills for fast-paced, professional communication with London drivers and clients.
Dispatch / Logistics Background: Prior experience in courier dispatch, fleet coordination, or high-volume last-mile delivery operations.
Problem Solving Under Pressure: Ability to think quickly, handle multi-stop logistics, and make instant routing decisions.
Proactive & Assertive Mindset: Highly organized, disciplined communicator who takes full charge of driver schedules and customer updates without going silent.
