Job Description
- Responsible for Sourcing , Screening and hiring qualified candidates.
- Responsible for hiring White and blue collar.
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Create and publish job ads and posts in various portals.
- Collaborate with managers to set qualification for the future employees.
- Collaborate with Managers for Technical interview.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and create shortlist for qualified candidates.
- Conduct face to face Interviews.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- handling employees attendances
- Assist in different HR function
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3years of experience in Recruitment. .
- Blue-collar hiring background is an advantage.
- HR course or diploma is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of excel.
- Males are preferred
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
