Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources functions and good knowledge of labor legislation as follows:

  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies 
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor key HR metrics (EX. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Maintain employee records (e.g. attendance) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience, preferably in the construction industry, 
  • Proven work experience in recruiting.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Age: 30 MAx.
  • Team spirit
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with HR software (eg. Microsoft Visio)
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
