Job Description
- Answer calls from customers to book service appointments or to respond to sales queries, complaints
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey with customers via phone and/or email
- Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize CRM processes and tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or related role.
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with automotive industry practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
