Job Description
- Set pricing schemes for a company’s services. Manage total pricing procedure, processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to Business Solutions team.
- Build and Manage activities inclusive of new price generation and discrepancy resolution etc.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy cost as well as related financial information.
- Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation as well as ensure to take pricing actions to enhance profitability
- Prepare clearly BAFO (Best and Final Offer), provide P&L model if needed
- Lead P&L discussions with the global team
- Define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing
- Gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all of these sources (as well as your internal sources like sales, digital and business solutions team).
- Analyzing and understanding customer experiences, creating pricing for different services packaging
Job Requirements
- Experience with Contact Center industry
- Must have experience in WFM processes with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Good -Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Negotiation skills, communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
