Job Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer for who has a Real Estate ( Brokerage ) Experience to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs, responsible for the company Branding. Managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user-friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Work with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Job Requirements
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Hands-on experiences with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Familiar with real estate designs
- Good illustrator, have experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Proven graphic designing/Video editing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Attention to visual details
- Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task
- Adobe After Effects
