Job Description

K Line is looking for a Global HR Manager to develop our company’s international HR strategies and be in charge of all high-level HR activities across the company, including planning, design, and implementation of HR programs and policies regarding employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding. 

K Line Europe, an industry leader in clear aligners manufacturing, is in search of a dedicated and experienced Global Human Resources Manager. This critical role involves the formulation and execution of global HR strategies in alignment with our various international locations, including but not limited to Germany, Portugal, Egypt, the UK, and the USA. 

The successful candidate will be instrumental in harmonizing HR practices with our broad business objectives, playing a key role in the efficient management of our workforce, consistent with our goal of revolutionizing the aligner market through advanced technology and exceptional service.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive international HR strategies.
  • Design and enforce HR policies and programs across all company branches.
  • Ensure compliance with international employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor corporate HR staff while providing support and guidance to HR teams in different locations.
  • Offer HR-related advice and support to senior team members.
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate and communicate with global HR team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Global HR Manager role.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including both European and international talents.
  • Deep understanding of international employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Business Suite, and HR systems such as Zoho People.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential with German and Spanish preferred
