Job Description
- Receive the quotation request from the clients.
- Getting the freight from the logistics team.
- Issue the Commercial offer.
- Receive the confirmed order from the client.
- Issue the PL.
- Give order to the production team & add to the loading plan.
- Check all needed documents with the client.
- Coordinate shipping of the orders, checking the first available vessel and make sure with the factory team that goods will be ready on time to load it.
- Prepare the documents (Review with different authorities, Review with the bank, issue the DOC's, Stamp from different places)
- Arrange to send the original documents with the courier and make sure to send to the customer before the vessel arrives at the final destination.
- Follow up with the shipments till discharged
- Follow up the payment with the customers.
- Follow up samples with all customers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSC in commerce or other relevant subjects.
- Further academic qualifications in same field, membership of professional bodies is a plus.
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service and exports knowledge.
