Job Description
- In charge of the Medical & Life Insurance Administration: services subscriptions/deletions, medical claims submission & follow up, surgical analysis approvals, Medical Tests/Analysis Approvals, , etc.
- Assist in the Payroll by being in charge of the Calculation for the Expatriates Allowances.
- Collect Expatriates Attendance Sheets & submit it to the Personnel Responsible in Headquarters. In addition to dispatching the Leave Balances to each Expat as received from Headquarters.
- Update & Prepare the Manpower Planning Report with the Recruitment Process and Interviews Log latest updates.
- Assist in the Recruitment Process by screening potential CVs, conducting HR interviews and coordinating technical interviews with the hiring managers for some Job Vacancies.
- Assist in the Training & Development Process.
Job Requirements
- At Least 3 years of experience in different Human Resources Functions.
- English Proficiency is a must. French is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages.
- Good knowledge and experience in handling of web-based management systems.
- Fair Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
