Job Description
- Coordinate the internal audit process and schedule to meet all applicable ISO 22000 standard
- Assist in performing on-site food safety and quality system audits
- Assists in monitoring, recording, analysis, and reporting on the Food Safety and Quality System
- Maintains a high level of self-motivation including the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, hotels' experience is a plus
- Bachelor degree in veterinary is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong problem solving skills are essential
