Job Description
- Review loan applications submitted by clients.
- Assessment of the financial situation of clients applying for loans.
- Assessment of creditworthiness and risks for clients.
- Contact clients to collect the financial data and documents required to obtain the loan.
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan applications.
- Calculate financial ratios (eg credit scores, interest rates)
- Prepare appropriate payment plans for clients.
- Maintain customer records and Follow up with clients about loan renewals
- Communicate and follow up with clients to discuss loan renewals.
- Monitor progress of existing loans
Job Requirements
- BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field
- Working experience in automotive field (Car Loans)
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
- Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills
- Preferably have experience in the field of customer service
