Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

  • Determine the main categories of initiatives on which Export department should focus on to approach the global market.
  • Developing long-term relationships and Persuading clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Approaching customers with all categories (Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and applicators)
  • Cooperate with all relevant department/ functions (logistics, local sales, customer support, plant operations,….etc) to maintain all the export department’s process efficiently 
  • Ensure the overall Material export & shipment process till the final destination in coordination with the other involved parties in the export cycle. 
  • Maintaining the technical meetings with suppliers and the customers.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to the concerned stakeholders & suggest corrective actions whenever needed
  • Ensure adherence to legal & company policies & procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Fulfill the pre - Set performance goals & deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans.
  • Manage complains & resolve problems of customers 
  • Conducting market research, Open New Markets & generating new leads & business opportunities.

Solid Experience in Export Field preferably in Asia & Africa

Very good Knowledge of Sales Techniques 

 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in any field 

                

Experience: 

3-6 Years in Export field
