Job Description
- Ensure that company business acts in compliance with Egyptian law, decrees, rules and regulations.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest compliance regulations and processes.
- Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in a compliance role.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes and conflict.
- Very good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, French is a plus.
