Job Description

  • ConTech Global is seeking an experienced Enablement Manager to manage projects, training and communications that build long-lasting partnerships with our client base. We're looking for a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • As an Enablement Manager on our Solution Delivery team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers interested in getting the most from their project management tech stack. You'll work with colleagues and clients to understand business requirements, gather information, configure, test and train on their platforms, mainly Procore. This is a tremendous opportunity to build solutions that support the backbone operations of our clients and increase the value they realize using their systems.
  • This position reports to the Managing Director and will be based 80% remotely.
  • We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
  • Consideration for this role requires current authorization to work in Egypt and
    completion of your duties to the Egyptian Military (if applicable).

Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience with client-facing engagements preferred, including sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
  • Experience in a project role within the construction industry such as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Administrator preferred
  • 3+ years experience leveraging Procore preferred, preference towards
    Financial tools
  • Familiarity with GoFormz, SQL, PowerBI, WorkMax, Slack, ClickUp preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness of various integration technologies, including iPaaS, REST, SOAP,
    XML, SQL, FTP / Filesystems
  • Natural collaborator and problem solver
  • Functional experience with ERP systems is preferred (e.g. Acumatica, Sage
    300, JDE, Viewpoint, Quickbooks, etc)

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Procore Certification is preferred
