Job Description
- Responsible for all bookings with freight forwarding companies and shipping lines.
- Contact trucking companies to arrange trucks for loading containers.
- Contact with freight forwarders and receiving shipment quotes.
- Check the production’s stock for export according to the orders in the system.
- Create logistics invoices, ensuring a final packing list with the same requirements.
- Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations globally.
- Prepare certificate of origin.
- Prepare & follow up export documentation, including Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports Process shipments.
- Review bill of lading drafts to confirm by mail.
- Deal with all salespeople to send all original shipping documents.
