Job Description

this role requires a high team working and solid communication, time management skills as you will be required to represent the firms’ management with all internal and external clients, with the below requirement: 

  1. Receipt & direct all external incoming communications (calls, mails, emails, couriers, etc.).
  2. Receipt & manage all internal queries.
  3. Manage, arrange and reply on Managing partner emails. 
  4. Follow up with teams’ assignments.
  5. Provide weekly, monthly and on need reports to the top management.
  6. Design and prepare all required presentations.
  7. Record all top management time keeping entries and billing records.
  8. Format and draft support all memos and any required documents.
  9. Maintains current, previous, potential clients contact list.
  10. Organize internal meeting reservation, update firm’s calendar on daily base.

Job Requirements

  1. A suitable university degree 
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in administration-law firm background is preferred 
  3. Sound knowledge of legal practice and its requirement  
  4. Solid experience with MS Office  
  5. Bilingual communicator and drafting skills 
  6. Details & deadline oriented  
  7. Good organizational skills
  8. Strong presentation and persuasion skills
