this role requires a high team working and solid communication, time management skills as you will be required to represent the firms’ management with all internal and external clients, with the below requirement:
- Receipt & direct all external incoming communications (calls, mails, emails, couriers, etc.).
- Receipt & manage all internal queries.
- Manage, arrange and reply on Managing partner emails.
- Follow up with teams’ assignments.
- Provide weekly, monthly and on need reports to the top management.
- Design and prepare all required presentations.
- Record all top management time keeping entries and billing records.
- Format and draft support all memos and any required documents.
- Maintains current, previous, potential clients contact list.
- Organize internal meeting reservation, update firm’s calendar on daily base.
Job Requirements
- A suitable university degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration-law firm background is preferred
- Sound knowledge of legal practice and its requirement
- Solid experience with MS Office
- Bilingual communicator and drafting skills
- Details & deadline oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
