Job Description
- Searching for new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications
- Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating supplier performance
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies
- Preparing offers, requesting quotations, and negotiating procurement terms and conditions
- Examining and evaluating the quality of purchases and correcting deficiencies
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and purchase records
- Conduct market and product research and cost analysis
- Review and update the list of contracts and follow up on their renewal dates
- Find global suppliers for international purchases
