Job Description

  • Interact with  customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Update customer’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates only.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Maximum shift ends at 7 PM
  • Social and medical insurance
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer support experience or any relevant experience.
  • Promotion opportunities as this a new project.
