Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
- Update customer’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status.

- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Maximum shift ends at 7 PM
