Job Description
- Troubleshooting and solving common problems of hosting OS (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Installing and configuring hosting control panels on Windows and Linux (cPanel WHM, Plesk ,etc.) and be able to troubleshoot and solve their common problems.
- Solve customer support tickets and answer their phone calls/reply to their emails.
- Technical focal point for sales.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the web hosting field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Must be fluent in English (writing, listening and speaking).
- Excellent knowledge in hosting and networks (DNS, Apache, IIS, Email, FTP).
- Good knowledge in servers security.
- Excellent technical skills.
