Job Description

  • Drive HR agenda & implement solutions to both business and HR strategy and goals.
  • Facilitate leadership planning, and operational workforce planning exercise to support internal hire rate and support the overall Talent Development Strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with center of excellence and internal teams (Admin , Training and performance  , etc.) to ensure hiring managers and candidates experience a best-in-class recruiting experience
  • Deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies to identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies in order to optimize the impact of the recruiting team.
  • Participate with sectors directors to set the design of the departments objective and  review plan.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR Team
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organ Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
  • Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans
  • Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent.
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual HR budget .
  • Managing OD such as ( structure and restructure , staff promotions and transfer ,Manpower Plan )  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (HR Diploma or equivalent is a must)
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in different HR functions
  • Leadership skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Males only
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skill.
