Job Description
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews)..
- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
- Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Preparing Offer letters for approved candidates and follow up with them regarding their hiring documents & joining date.
- Conduct orientation/ on boarding sessions for candidates.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Prepare exit interview analysis.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Accountability, initiative and sense of initiative
- Flexibility, adaptability and outgoingness
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
