Job Description

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews)..
  • Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no-show reasons.
  • Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Preparing Offer letters for approved candidates and follow up with them regarding their hiring documents & joining date.
  • Conduct orientation/ on boarding sessions for candidates.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Prepare exit interview analysis.

Job Requirements

  •  6-8 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Accountability, initiative and sense of initiative
  • Flexibility, adaptability and outgoingness
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
