Job Description
- Preparing all files and papers related to the shipment through shipping permission
- Sending the shipping authorization to the customer to specify the loading date and informing the transport contractor
- Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export).
- Follow up all custom clearance procedures.
- Data entry for all shipments data which processed.
- (Import & Export) cycle.
- Receive the bill of lading from the line and send it to the customer for review
- Handle any complaint related to the operation department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains.
- High ability skills in dealing with difficult personalities,
- Ability skills in effective negotiation and persuasion
- Good in English
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience: 1-4 in Freight forwarder companies (preferable residence in Nasr city, Misr elgedida and near by)
