We are Recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Administrator to work at our office in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) with the below details:-

Responsibilities and duties:-

Ensure helpdesk tickets are all attended within the SLA requirements.
Use a ticketing system to administer support of assigned incidents, changes, and problems.
Install, configure, maintain and repair cloud services, server systems, and networking devices.
Resolve escalated Tier 2-3 services.
Own standardized proactive maintenance for assigned equipment.
Actively participate department’s response protocols for critical infrastructure.
Maintain documentation of responsibility areas.
Support cybersecurity hygiene commitments of the organization as outlined by IT leadership.
Aid with Tier-1 support coverage during staffing gaps.
Review best practices and present recommendations to IT leadership.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Software/Computer Technology Field Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of relevant professional experience administering cloud or infrastructure services across a large, diverse, server environment.
Knowledge of advanced security trends and best practices.
Knowledge of advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of advanced virtual infrastructure solutions based on VMware.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
Knowledge of advanced Active Directory administration.
Knowledge of Azure Administration, Azure Site Recovery & Backup, VM creation, and migration.
Familiarity with storage and reservation options.
Direct experience with Physical-2-Virtual server migration.
Multi-site firewall Access Control List configuration.
Preventative maintenance.
Set up and install firewalls, switches, and access points.
Basic network design for security, business requirements, and performance.
