Job Description
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to team mates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Package and support deployment of releases.
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Provide third-level support to business users.
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
- Support and Collaborate with project managers (Delivery lead) to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects.
- Analyze current systems to maintain integrity and improve architecture.
- Remain informed of current trends and technology developments.
- Familiarity with one or more team management tools such as Agile Manager or Agile Bench.
- Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices and usage.
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Java Developer for minimum of (8) years.
- Working experience developing back end components using Spring Boot for minimum of 4 years.
- Professional certification in JAVA development is highly desirable.
- Must have expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven work experience as a Back-end developer.
- Proven work experience as a team lead.
- Proficiency in APIs Development using JAVA.
- Excellent knowledge and experience using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Outstanding performance tuning and troubleshooting skills required.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar relevant study with Good grade at least.
