Job Description

Lasirena Group is hiring Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.

  • Develop objectives for the Customer Service including call center’s day-to-day activities
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Collect and analyze CS statistics costs, customer service metrics etc.)
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
  • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers..
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions ,discussions and departmental KPis

Job Requirements

  • 6 years  + of relative experience and must include real estate developer experience.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
