Job Description
- Manage activation and sponsorship budget; ensure budget is leveraged effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic and critical thinking in the brand awareness, activation plans, and event selection.
- Executes the sales promotional activities, placing the advertisements, and other marketing strategies.
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans. Design unique campaigns to achieve maximum market share and help to penetrate the market.
- Designs, develops, implements, and analyzes the various marketing strategies and media used to market and promote the new products.
- Promoting new products developed by the companies to health care service providers
- Determining and achieving the sales goals of the organization
- Developing the overall marketing strategy for the pharmaceutical organization
- Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any
- Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales support staff
- Identifying new market segments
- Participation in trade shows and conferences
- Analyze market research and various data sources and apply core marketing fundamentals
- Building relationships within partner organizations to streamline the activation of mutually beneficial programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass com /pharmacy or business is preferred.
- 7 years of Marketing experience including at least 1 years in same position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A strong geographic knowledge of the market, including culture drivers required.
