Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring seamless integration with backend services and other health-tech systems. As part of a dynamic, agile team, you will work on projects that have a real impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality and organization by participating in code reviews.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and databases.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and related technologies.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proven experience with Flutter and Dart for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android app lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc), and mobile architecture.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with Firebase and other back-end technologies.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles, including responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git is a MUST.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, experience with Jira is a MUST.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, readable, and reusable code.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HealthTech or working with FHIR standards.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
