Job Description
- Perform daily practical training for process plant operators
- Deliver daily theoretical training for process plant operators
- Write, edit, and adjust training modules for plant operations
- Create and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs)
- Create and update Job Safety Analysis Sheets (JSAs)
- Create and update Permits to Operate (PTOs)
- Prepare daily training reports
- Prepare monthly training reports
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for operational processes within the mining environment.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to reflect the latest procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all training activities align with Sukari Gold Mines’ safety, environmental, and operational policies
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of learning and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, science , or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in process training, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training methods accordingly.
- Proficient in developing training materials and using e-learning platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work on-site (on-location) as required.
Job Location & Accommodation arrangements:
Sukari Gold Mines, Red Sea – Marsa Alam
(20 days onsite / 10 days off)
