Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical support to all the HR team.
- Compile & update employees records .
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activites (Staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, etc).
- Coordinate HR projecta ( meetings, training, surveys, etc) and taking minutes.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Coordinate comunication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Job Requirements
- One year experience at least in HR feild.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent with MS Office.
- Very good in English
