Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical support to all the HR team.
  • Compile & update employees records .
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activites (Staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations, etc).
  • Coordinate HR projecta ( meetings, training, surveys, etc) and taking minutes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation.
  • Coordinate comunication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Job Requirements

  • One year experience at least in HR feild.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Excellent with MS Office.
  • Very good in English
